Practical questions, answered.

What's the trade discount percentage?
We disclose specific trade pricing upon approval, since it varies by project type and volume. The discount is industry-standard and competitive — applied across our entire catalog, with no minimum order required to maintain the rate.
Is there a minimum order or annual commitment?
No. There's no minimum order, no annual commitment, no quarterly threshold. The trade pricing is yours from day one and stays — whether you order one piece or fully furnish a 40-unit development.
Do you ship outside Florida?
Yes. Most orders within Florida ship in 72 hours via our white-glove team. For projects outside Florida, we coordinate freight delivery with vetted partners and handle scheduling directly with you or your installer.
Can I order custom (COM) pieces?
Yes. Most of our Italian and Brazilian collections offer COM (custom order) options — different fabrics, leathers, finishes, dimensions. Lead times for COM are typically 8–14 weeks. Your account manager handles the spec process.
Can I bring clients to the showroom?
Absolutely — that's exactly what the showrooms are for. Bring clients to either of our two locations (Aventura or Doral) at any time. Your account manager can join the visit if helpful.
How long does approval take?
Two business days, typically. Our owner reviews every application personally. If we have follow-up questions, we'll reach out. If your business credentials are clear, you're approved and pricing is shared the same day.
What about hospitality / contract / commercial projects?
We do them. Habitus has experience with boutique hotels, short-term rental developments, and commercial fit-outs. Pricing is typically more aggressive on volume contract orders — we'll discuss specifics on application.
